A business operating system
Helping small businesses think bigger.
We combine strategy, design, technology, and marketing to build businesses that grow with confidence.
Let us handle the Website Design
What runs on the system
Nine capabilities. One point of contact.
Every business needs some mix of these. Most agencies hand you off between departments to get them. We don't have departments - you talk to the people doing the work.
Website Design & Development
Sites that load fast, read well on a phone, and are built to be found.
Custom Software
Tools built around the way you already work, not the other way around.
Mobile Apps
An app that customers actually keep, because it solves one thing well.
Marketing Strategy
A plan for where your next ten customers actually come from.
Branding
A look and voice consistent enough that people recognize you before they read your name.
Automation
The repetitive parts of your week, handled without you touching them.
AI Integrations
Tools that draft, sort, and respond, so your time goes to decisions instead.
SEO
Showing up when someone nearby searches for what you actually sell.
Business Consulting
A second opinion on the decision, backed by what the numbers actually show.
Inside each module
Every capability, broken into what it actually includes.

How we work
Three steps. No hand-offs.
We look at what's actually slowing you down.
Not a sales pitch - a straight read on what's working, what isn't, and what it would take to fix it.
Website, software, marketing - whatever the diagnosis calls for.
One fixed number, agreed before we start. No hourly surprises partway through.
We stay on, watching what's working and adjusting.
A monthly retainer covers updates, fixes, and the small stuff that keeps things running.
How we price
A fixed number, agreed before we start.
We know what our work is worth. You know what your budget is. Tell us both, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do - and what we'd hold off on until later.
No hourly billing, no line items for things that should already be included, and no long contract holding you in place.

Who runs this
Two people. Not a department.
Evan grew up around small business - his father spent a career in sales, sitting across the desk from owners and staying in touch long after the deal closed. Evan builds the technical side instead: websites, software, and the systems underneath them. Kayla runs marketing and brand. We work in tandem on everything, which is the practical advantage of hiring two people instead of an agency with a rotating cast.
We both hold full-time careers in the medical non-profit sector, and we're raising two kids - Jackie and Maddie, who the business is named after. That should tell you how we treat other people's businesses: carefully, and like they matter.

You don't need to know what you want built. Describe the problem in plain terms and we'll come back with what we'd do about it, and what it would cost.
